Service and Repair

Introduction:

We have always believed in maintaining a quality of service equal to that of our products.

The efficiency of our service department allows equipment to be repaired and returned in the shortest possible time by a team of highly trained technicians. 

Our personally designed computer management system allows us to access the repair history of individual devices and provide traceability of any components fitted during repair or when supplied  through our spare parts ordering system.

 

 
Service Contracts:


All Arcomedical Infusion equipment can be covered by a service contract for a fixed annual fee.

We currently offer three fixed price service contract types:
(Rates are dependant on quantity of equipment covered).

Silver Service Contract - Includes An annual PPM with no labour charges.  Any components required will be charged in addition at a discounted rate.

Gold Service Contract - Includes unlimited return to base repairs/servicing with no labour or component charges (Does not cover damage caused due to mishandling)

Platinum Service Contract - A fully comprehensive contract that offers peace of mind including unlimited return to base repairs/servicing with no labour or component charges (Covers damage caused due to mishandling)

Each service contract agreement will include a software revision update to the latest revision and an uplift of equipment on request.

We are also able to offer free of charge loan units during the duration of service/repair of your equipment.

All service contracts carry a 12-month warranty against faulty materials and workmanship.

Service Manuals:

We understand the importance of being able to repair and service your infusion devices within your own trust. 

Through years of experience and feedback from customers, we have created a service manual for each device that is second to none.

Step by step instructions:
Each procedure for the service and repair of your infusion device is detailed with hints and tips to effect a quick and easy repair.  In addition, each step of the procedure has been photographed.

Indexed for quick reference, the manuals contain detailed technical information including:

  • Fault finding with relevant fault codes.

  • Configurations.

Service manuals are provided free of charge following technical training and are subject to updates as required.

Technical Training:

Once you have received your infusion equipment, all technical training is provided free of charge at your trust and at your convenience.

Initially, we provide first-line maintenance training so that you can determine if the equipment is faulty or there are associated user errors.

Following the first-line maintenance training, we provide a full technical training programme that will allow you to completely overhaul your equipment.

Refresher and new employee training is available free of charge on request.
 

 
Spare parts:

All spare parts are stocked at Arcomedical Infusion Ltd and are shipped the same day we receive your order when accompanied with an official order number. (Orders received after 14.00 will be despatched the next working day).

Telephone and email spare parts orders are welcomed when accompanied with an official order number.

In the unlikely event that we cannot complete your order due to insufficient stock, the items will be despatched within three to five working days with no postage and packing fees incurred.

No postage and packing fees on spare parts orders over £400.00 (excluding VAT).

All new spare parts supplied are covered by a 12-month warranty.
 

 
Supply of new products:

Every infusion device manufactured in Switzerland is fully tested during assembly and before despatch to the UK.

On arrival at Arcomedical Infusion Ltd, each device is again subject to further testing in accordance with our commissioning and test revision programme.
